The World of Cupcakes

The current trend for weddings is creating cupcakes and cupcake trees/displays. Not wanting to be left out of the game Wisteria has what we call is our traditional take on the sweet cupcake and created a few otions of our own. Check them here or on our website www.wisteriabakehaus.com

Signature CupcakeTraditional Pound cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry/strawberry filling, French butter cream topping

Carrot CakeMade from scratch, with or without walnuts, cream cheese frosting

German Chocolate cakeTraditional German Chocolate Cake and Icing.

Buttermilk cakeWith ginger pear butter cream filing

Red Velvet cakeWith cream cheese frosting

Toffee Coffee CupcakesChocolate cake soaked with a special alcohol mixture. Chocolate butter cream frosting and garnished with toffee chips.

Old School WhiteWith blueberry preserves and /lemon curd filling, butter cream topping

Kicking it up: (for minimal up charges)
Try adding chocolate shavings, citrus peel, candied ginger, chocolate covered espresso beans, malted milk balls, toffee chips, different seasonal "sprinkles"

Custom Creations
Camper's Survival CupcakeDark Chocolate Cake with Marshmallow cream filling, frosted with our own blend of Marshmallow Butter cream, confetti of Graham Cracker Crumbs and Mini Chocolate Chips are the final touches.

Bumpy Road CupcakeDevil's food cake filled topped with melted Marshmallow butter cream frosting, mini chocolate chips and fresh ground walnuts are added and then drizzled with our homemade ganache.

Chocolate Filled CupcakeDevil's food cake, filled with our homemade chocolate buttercream and topped with French butter cream and finished chocolate sprinkles.

Tira-Miss You Cupcake, A play off one of the best available desserts ever!
Signature pound cake recipe cupcake drizzled with espresso coffee, topped with our French butter cream then sprinkled with cocoa powder.

Turtle Cheesecake CupcakeYellow cake with a creamy cheesecake center, drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce and fresh ground walnuts.
