Tropical Inspired Cupcakes

Recently for a corporate client we were faced with the challenge of dessert for 300+. We chose to do cupcakes by on their "Luau" event theme. The final result...

Options:

Yellow cake w/ Mango butter filling and butter cream frosting

Pound cake w/ Pineapple cream cheese filling and pineapple cream cheese frosting

White cake w/ Lemon cream filling and pink lemonade frosting

Chocolate cake w/ Orange melange filling and chocolate-Kahlua frosting

White cake w/ Coconut cream filling and coconut frosting/ shredded coconut

Chocolate fudge cake w/Chocolate hazelnut filling and chocolate-Kona frosting

Butter cake w/ Ginger pear filling and almond butter cream frosting

Banana Caramel cupcake w/ banana butter cream frosting

Fun cupcake covers in Hawaiian prints served as a key to the flavors selected. Drink umbrellas and colored orchids added to the display.

Cake Pops (everybody's doing it)

The thing that is "hip" for special events is CAKE POPS! Everyone is doing it so why shouldn't we?!? Here is a list of some our selections:

We try to add some twist to the final presentation while keeping it attractive, uncomplicated and still filled with flavor. Minimums per flavors applied.

Holiday 2012 Offerings

We've been busy fine tuning some of the holiday (Thanksgiving and Christmas) dessert options. Of course, for Thanksgiving we will want to include our Pumpkin Cheesecake, Carrot cake, Pineapple Upside down and a few of the usual delights.
The thing on our taste buds is the Pumpkin Cheesecake filled Cannoli! Each end is dipped in dark chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar. These will be sold by the dozen. Extreme by all means and so worth it! Pre-ordering for these treats will be required.
